When someone’s job is to help us, we have to celebrate that when it happens.

We have to remind people constantly their job matters.

All human beings have a need to assess from themselves that they’re doing a good job.

The desire to put something in place to know you’re doing a good job.

When we give someone the ability to measure their own performance we lose our power.

Money is a satisfier.  They need enough to make them happy.  Measure drivers.

I can’t imagine how we can be a Christ-like leader without knowing the people that work for us and show them how they serve others.

Management is a ministry.
