People continually ask why I would change my diet (lifestyle actually) from what I always ate to being plant-strong (but not vegan).  Giving up meat and dairy has been a big change albeit an easy adjustment.  But why?

How about to be healthier!  I take 2 medications (cholesterol and blood pressure) and want to get off both.  Losing weight is also on my radar and am down 20 pounds in about 3+ months.  Plant-strong … healthy heart!
