It is now one week with a change in what I am eating.  Today was sort of hectic … what with church and all.  So breakfast was orange juice and a granola bar.

Lunch was a grille eggplant “steak” (see photo) on whole wheat pasta with a tomato mushroom marinara.  The finale was a nice bowl of fruit.

A walk in the mall found me buying a raisin pretzel … nice and hot … and oh so good!

Sunday is normally pizza and an adult beverage.  However, it will be a bowl of left–over soup (sweet-potato cauliflower) with oyster crackers and a salad … and an adult beverage!

My beverage choice tonight is Brown Valley Oktoberfest, a really nice brew from Ste. Genevieve, MO.  It had a nice nose, good head and lacing … and tasted good with tonight’s meal!
