Day 3 was somewhat uneventful … starting with a vanilla pineapple soy protein shake.  I rather enjoy going back and forth with vanilla and chocolate … so this is good!

Lunch was sort of a re-run … with the previous night’s soup … with more beans and quinoa added … along with some fruit, etc.

Tonight was pasta … with a vegetable sauce (see photo) … and steamed broccoli.

Later I will probably have a bowl of cereal with almond coconut milk.

Tomorrow will be my first challenge as they have a catered lunch at Toastmasters.  Guess I will report on that tomorrow!
