Started with a soy protein shake with banana and pineapple for breakfast.

Lunch was a black bean burger with mango pineapple salsa on a round flat bread.  Sides were apples and carrots … not quite ready for avocado yet … and what seemed like a quart of water!

A friend told me I could still get a mocha latte at Starbucks … made with soy milk and no whip … may need to try that!

Tonight I think I will just go out in the backyard and munch on grass, twigs, acorns and bark!

Actually I had a 2nd soy protein shake … chocolate banana peanut butter!  Yum-Yum!  Later a bowl of raisin bran with coconut/almond milk.
