Warren Zevon was one of my favorite artists (still is really), and with his passing a few years back, we lost another great musician.

While still teaching and coaching basketball I actually won a Warren Zevon tour jacket … red satin with “Excitable Boy” on the back!

While I do not plan on checking out any time soon … but I am not privy to God’s timetable …  hearing this song again today made me think I’d like it played or sung at my funeral someday … Keep My In Your Heart For Awhile (link to YouTube).
