Accompanying my Sunday night all-meat and mushroom pizza is a nice bottle of Full Moon Pale Rye Ale.  It comes from a great Texas brewery, Real Ale Brewery in Blanco, TX.

Their description is as follows: Tawny red and full of malt and hops, Full Moon’s unique flavor truly satisfies. The smooth sweetness of malted rye and barley is complemented by generous helpings of Willamette and Cascade hops, resulting in an assertive American amber ale.

I will have to say it reminds me on Killian’s Red … and is a great tasting .. and for the first time … and actual photo of yours truly enjoying said suds.  Note the fine lacing on the glass!
